Return policy varies by each brand but most products are covered by this: 20% restocking fee, plus cost of shipping on remorse returns including Shipment Refusals. Damaged or defective items are replaced at no cost to you. Customized and made to order products are not returnable.
Note: Installed or used items cannot be returned. Returns must be in packed in original packaging and in new condition and no returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization.
Damaged / Defective Merchandise
Damaged or defective products will be replaced at no cost to our customers. Photos are required on ALL damaged or defective claims. Please include a photo of the issue and the box even if the box is undamaged.
If your item is delivered damaged you must notify us immediately so we can process your claim.
Email email@example.com include order number, product number and the description of the problem. Replacement parts will be sent when applicable otherwise a replacement will be sent at no cost to you.
Remorse Merchandise Return
1) The prodcuct Must never have been installed or used. Any signs of installation and no credit will be given.
2) Must be packed with all ORIGINAL boxes and packaging including plastic wrappings to protect the finish. If original materials are not available no credit will be given.
Please insure the return, you are responsible for any damage or loss during shipping. All Delivery Refusals are responsible for Shipping and Restock Fees

Return request must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
Restocking fee on returnable items is 20%. Plus shipping. Returns must be received within 21 days of RMA issue date.
Please note large items are very expensive to ship and you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
We will send you an Return authorization number and Shipping Instructions which depending upon the manufacturer can take 1 day to 4 days. You cannot return the item without this number. Returns sent without a return authorization: no credit will given, products will not be returned or delivery refused.
No Cancellation Fees*
You may cancel your onilne order anytime without cancellation fees as long as your order has not been processed. If you an item is back-ordered we generally notify you the next business day. *Expect products that are custom made or made to order fixtures which cancellation fees will only be charged if the respective manufacture is in final stage fabrication.
Parts, replacement parts, replacement glass, extra chain, bulbs, unwrapped shades are not returnable.
Limited or not returnable on large quantities, Special Orders or Project Quotations: When ordering large quantities or special orders for large projects, we suggest ordering a sample for evaluation, some manufacturers will not allow returns on large quantities.
If an item is received defective we can only replace the item or send parts. Replacements or replacement parts are shipped ground only. We are not responsible additional fees you may incure from your installer.
